Conversion files

Selected files are processed inside your browser. The application does not upload them to a conversion server. Working data stays in the tab while in use. Replacing files or closing the tab releases that working state; downloaded files remain on your device.

Website requests

Hosting and network providers, including Cloudways and Cloudflare, process normal page requests. Operational logs can include IP address, browser details, requested URL and time. These requests are separate from locally processed conversion files.

Analytics and advertising

We load Google Tag Manager (GTM-M2L333XZ) to manage site tags. The container’s published configuration determines which analytics or advertising tags run.

Support email

Messages to contact@stlfilemaker.com are handled by our email providers. Email attachments are outside the local-only converter workflow. Send only information needed for support.
